2 tins of Mandarins in juice blitzed in a blender
Pure Orange juice or mandarin juice
1 sachet of Vegan Gelatin - Dr Oetkor Veg-Gel is great for Jelly making
2tsp sugar to sweeten
Warm the mandarins in a pot with the Sugar- do not boil
Take off the heat and sprinkle over the Vege gelatine - whisk in quickly
Pour into containers and allow to cool then place in a fridge for 2-3 hours to set.
